We consider a whole host of critical detail, for instance the routes for services and how to contain liquids, preventing health and safety issues with wet areas. Tabling and shelving that may require upstands to prevent wastage off the side or back, which in turn helps with hygiene and good housekeeping practices. Sink lids can create more work surface for preparation in smaller kitchens and service chambers can allow mains gas, electrics to be run to various points of the cookline, within a safe and discreet chamber.
